Description of Services

The service offered consists of a one-time initial legal consultation provided in the form of a written legal assessment based on the information and documentation submitted by the client.

The fee for the initial consultation covers up to one (1) hour of professional legal work and amounts to €149.00 plus 19% VAT (€177.31 total).

If the legal matter requires additional review time beyond the one-hour consultation period, the attorney will notify the client by email within three (3) business days after receipt of the request. The notification will include the estimated additional time required and the corresponding fees.

If the client agrees to the additional work and associated fees, the difference shall be paid by the client prior to commencement of the additional services. The legal services will then be provided within the timeframe specified in the attorney’s email.

If the client declines the proposed additional services and fees, the amount already paid for the initial consultation will be refunded within three (3) business days.

The service shall be deemed fully performed when the attorney delivers the written legal assessment to the client via email within the timeframe communicated to the client.

Formation of the Contract

A legally binding service agreement is concluded when the client clicks the button labeled „Confirm and Pay“ (or equivalent wording) on the website and successfully completes the payment process.

By submitting payment, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and expressly requests the immediate commencement of the legal services.

The provision of legal services begins after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Fees and Payment

The fee for the initial legal consultation is €149.00 plus applicable VAT at the statutory rate of 19%.

Payment must be made through the online payment system available on the website.

An invoice will be issued and delivered electronically to the email address provided by the client following successful payment.

Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Cancellation Rights)

Where the client qualifies as a consumer within the meaning of applicable consumer protection legislation, the client generally has the right to withdraw from this distance contract within fourteen (14) days without providing any reason.

However, pursuant to Article 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the applicable provisions of Sections 356(4) and 356(5) of the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch – BGB), the right of withdrawal may expire if:

the client has expressly requested that the legal services begin before the expiration of the withdrawal period; and
the client has acknowledged that the right of withdrawal will be lost once the service has been fully performed.

By completing the payment process, the client expressly requests that the legal services commence immediately following payment confirmation and acknowledges that, where permitted by applicable law, the right of withdrawal may expire upon the full performance of the requested services.

Data Protection

Personal data submitted by the client shall be processed solely for the purposes of providing legal services, communicating with the client, complying with professional obligations, and fulfilling legal requirements.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and applicable German data protection laws.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction for disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of the service provider.

Nothing in these Terms shall restrict mandatory consumer protection rights available under applicable law.

confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions;
acknowledges receipt of the information regarding the statutory right of withdrawal;
expressly requests the immediate commencement of the legal services following payment; and
